  • What is the maximum capacity of your largest room?

    Our largest event space, The HALL at Live!®, can host up to 3,825 guests for receptions or concerts. It’s fully flexible and can be configured for banquets, meetings, or trade shows.
  • Is there a minimum spend or guest count requirement?

    We typically require a minimum spend or guest count when booking larger event spaces to ensure the venue cost and catering commitments are met. The exact minimums vary depending on date, time, space selected and catering package chosen. We’d be happy to provide a customized quote for your specific dates and attendee numbers.
  • Is outside food & beverage permitted or do you offer in-house catering?

    We offer a variety of in-house catering options, including accommodation for dietary restrictions and allergies. Outside catering is only permitted for cultural or religious reasons
  • Do you offer room blocks & group rates for event attendees?

    Yes! We offer room blocks and discounted group rates at our AAA Four Diamond-rated Live! Hotel®, featuring 310 luxury rooms and suites, fitness center, spa, and 24-hour casino access. Please note that attrition may apply depending on the number of rooms reserved.
  • Is the hotel pet friendly?

    There are no pets or emotional support animals allowed. Service animals are welcomed.
  • Do you offer shuttle service to/from the airport or venue?

    We do not currently offer shuttle service to/from BWI Airport, but our property is conveniently located justa 10 minute drive away, and transportation options are easily arranged.
  • What audiovisual equipment is included with the rental, and is on-site technical support available during events?

    We provide in-house audiovisual (AV) equipment with full on-site technical support, available throughout your event. This service is separate from the venue rental. Outside AV teams or equipment are not permitted in The HALL, but may be considered on a case-by-case basis in the Event Center.
